Casa de 4 habitaciones (todas suites) con barbacoa, ¡a 5 minutos de Disney!

We had a few issues with the place, but overall enjoyed our stay. The master 2 bedroom upstairs needs some TLC. The shower door would not slide easily, and the water did not drain properly. Dirty carpet and the sheets had blood stains on them when we got there. Pillows throughout the unit were thin as can be. I may have given a lower score for the unit, but when we notified Vanessa of the issues she offered to have cleaning and maintenance come out right away. We had a lot going on during our stay so we opted to just deal with the issues. Vanessa had new sheets and brand new pillows delivered within hours of our complaint. We stayed last year in a different unit and had a great experience with the unit and yellow vacations. I would say good place to stay, but maybe someone should walk the units before guests arrive to make sure everything is working and clean. We would definitely use yellow vacations again.
